Consider It Sold (CIS) is proud to introduce a new service designed to cater to the busiest of clients.  This new program, called  "Front Door Service", features a certified appraiser, sponsored by CIS.  This appraiser will come to your home or place of business and assess your estate or the property you wish to sell.  There is no longer any need to guess at which items to consign to CIS.  Furthermore, the items will be transported, auctioned or sold online, and shipped.  All this will be done for a flat commission of 45%.  This rate is 10 to 20% less than fees charged by comparable companies for similar services.  A check will be mailed to you after your items have sold.
